(A) No stormwater permit shall be issued, nor shall any work requiring a permit begin, until the fees hereinafter have been issued to the village and received by the Building Department.
(B) The fees to be collected for stormwater permits for developments within the jurisdiction of the village shall be as follows:
(1) Fees for single-family residences; outside SMA, less than three acres.
