(A) The Comprehensive Plan of Public Improvements as prepared and recommended by the Plan Commission of the village, copies of which are on file in the office of the Village Clerk, is adopted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein.
(B) The Amendatory Comprehensive Plan is adopted and incorporated herein as if fully set out in this code and copies of which can be found in the office of the Village Clerk in pamphlet form.
