(A) Nothing in this section or schedule of fees shall be construed to affect any suit or proceeding pending in any court, or any rights acquired, or liability incurred, or any cause or causes of action required or existing, under any act or ordinance hereby repealed, nor shall any just or legal right of remedy or any character be lost, impaired or affected by this section.
(B) The following rates will be charged based on equipment and manpower required.
(C) A minimum charge of four hours times equipment and manpower will be made for any call out requiring overtime.
(D) Time and one-half will be charged on Saturdays, or before 7:00 a.m. and after 3:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays.
(E) Double time will be changed on Sundays and legal holidays of the village.
(F) The following rates shall apply:
