(A) A person convicted of a violation of any provision of § 130.01 shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100. The village fine schedule shall be as follows:
(1) First offense punishable by a fine of $25.
(2) Second offense punishable by a fine of $50.
(3) Third and all subsequent offenses punishable by a fine of $100.
(B) A person convicted of a violation of § 130.03 shall be guilt of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $200.
