For the purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CONTRACTOR. A contractor is any person engaged in the business of contracting with an owner of land to build, improve, alter, repair or ornament the land, or a structure thereon, through the furnishing of materials, fixtures, apparatus, machinery, labor or services.
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR.
Any contractor that is so defined under ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-33-1.
