It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to purchase tobacco products or e-cigarettes, or to misrepresent their identity or age, or to use false or altered identification for the purpose of purchasing tobacco products or e-cigarettes. Any violation of this section shall be punishable by fine.
