§ 115.14 CAB STANDS; PARKING ON STREETS.
   (A)   No vehicle of any kind shall stand upon, be parked on or make use of any public cab stand in the village unless the owner thereof has obtained a license therefor. Cab stands on public streets, and on private drive areas with the owner's consent, shall be established from time to time by the Village Board of Trustees. The license fee for each such cab stand shall be $30 per year and a cab stand license shall be obtained by all persons, firms or corporate users of a cab stand.
   (B)   No person in charge of any public taxicab, or vehicle carrying passengers for hire shall permit the same to stand on any street, avenue or alley in said village for any period longer than five minutes, except when receiving or discharging passengers or when instructed by their passengers to do so.
