§ 115.06 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   The Village Board of Trustees may revoke any license issued hereunder or otherwise discipline the licensee for violation of or failure to comply with any of the provisions of this subchapter or the Illinois Vehicle Code, or for a violation and conviction of any state or village traffic statute or ordinance. The Village Board of Trustees shall cause a hearing to be held by the Chief of Police respecting such proceedings, with written notice of same, respecting the charges and time and place of hearing, to be given to the licensee, not less than ten days prior to the hearing. Notice of such hearing may be given by regular U.S. Mail, sent to the address shown in the application, shall be sufficient. The Chief of Police shall provide written findings of fact to the Village Board of Trustees within 14 days after conclusion of the hearing, with copy to the licensee. The Village Board of Trustees shall make its determination within 21 days after receipt of the findings from the Chief of Police; a copy of such determination shall be mailed to the licensee within three business days.
