It shall be the duty of the Village Clerk to keep a register of the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all licensees, including the number of the license and the description of the vehicle or vehicles so licensed. A taxicab license sticker shall be issued with each license issued, and displayed prominently in the center of the top portion of the windshield.
