Application for an annual calendar year license to conduct such business in the village shall be made to the Village Clerk. The application shall specify the number of vehicles owned and to be operated by the applicant, the type and make of the vehicle and the state license number. A nonrefundable license fee of $15 for each vehicle shall accompany the application. In addition, each such vehicle shall obtain a current village vehicle license or tag. If any license is issued after June 30 of a year, the license fee shall be one-half of the annual fee.
