§ 31.10 ORDER OF BUSINESS.

   (A)   The order of business of the Board of Trustees of the village shall be as follows:

      (1)   Call to order/roll call;

      (2)   Pledge of allegiance;

      (3)   Presentation of meeting minutes;

      (4)   Presentations;

      (5)   President's comments;

      (6)   Audience participation/public comment;

      (7)   First readings/committee reports;

      (8)   Consent agenda;

      (9)   Non-consent agenda;

      (10)   Payment of bills;

      (11)   New business;

      (12)   Old business;

      (13)   Department head reports;

      (14)   Village administrator report;

      (15)   Closed session;

      (16)   Adjournment.

   (B)   The order may be amended from time-to-time as approved by the Board of Trustees.
