The Fire Prevention Bureau of the Village Fire Protection District shall inspect periodically self-service stations and combination of self-service and full service stations, and any violations of these rules shall be reported to the village officials for prompt action. The village may, for failure to comply with these rules, for violation thereof, or for other good and just cause, refuse to issue or renew or suspend or revoke a self-service station permit.
