§ 114.04 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT; APPLICATIONS AND PLANS.
   (A)   Self-service station permits may be issued by the Village President and Board of Trustees, upon written application in form to be established by said President and Board of Trustees, accompanied by complete, detailed plans, for each service station sought to be used for a self-service, or a combination of self-service and full service. Such plans shall be drawn to scale and shall include the following:
      (l)   Lot lines and dimensions.
      (2)   Building lines and dimensions.
      (3)   Location and size of tanks and pump islands.
      (4)   Location of control station.
      (5)   Type, make, model and location of dispensing devices or equipment.
      (6)   Fire extinguisher locations.
      (7)   Clearances.
      (8)   Such other relevant information as may be requested by the President and Board of Trustees, or as required of full service stations.
   (B)   No construction of a self-service station or modification of an existing service station to conduct self-service business shall be commenced until such application and plans are given written approval by the President and Board of Trustees. No such station shall open for business until inspected by the Fire Prevention Bureau of the Village Fire Protection District and approved by the President and Board of Trustees, and until the President and Board of Trustees issue a self-service station permit, which must be displayed prominently, at all times, at such self-service station.
