§ 31.05 CONSENT AGENDA.
   (A)   Agendas for regular Village Board Meetings shall be prepared in such a fashion that all proposed consent items be placed in a separate "consent agenda" section of the regular agenda for that Village Board Meeting. Each item included in the consent agenda portion shall be placed in the consent agenda section on the presumption that the item is likely to receive unanimous consent.
   (B)   Upon individual request of the President or any Trustee, an item shall be removed from the consent agenda to be voted upon separately in accordance with all required and customary procedures of the Village Board.
   (C)   All items placed on the consent agenda shall be voted upon in a single vote which must be by unanimous consent. The Clerk is directed to record in the minutes a designation of all items passed in a consent agenda by utilizing the phrase "omnibus vote" or "consent agenda." The Clerk shall further record the single vote of the unanimous consent by listing each individual of the Village Board as having voted in favor of the single vote to pass the consent agenda.
