§ 114.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   APPROVED SELF-SERVICE DISPENSING DEVICE. Any device for the dispensing of gasoline or any high volatile fuels into the fuel tanks of motor vehicles as approved by the State Fire Marshall pursuant to these rules and regulations, but shall not include dispensing devices which are coin- or card-operated.
   ATTENDANT. The owner or any person who is paid wages by an owner of a service station to dispense motor fuel at such service station.
   OWNER. Any individual or legal entity holding title, lease, license or any interest in a service station or self-service station. The legal name, residence, address and county of any individuals who are owners shall be filed with the Village Clerk.
   SELF-SERVICE STATION. That portion of property of a service station where gasoline or any high volatile fuels used as motor fuels are stored and subsequently dispensed from fixed approved dispensing equipment into the fuel tanks of motor vehicles by persons other than the service station attendant.
   SERVICE STATION. Any place of business where gasoline or any high volatile fuels for motor vehicles or internal combustion engines are sold or offered for sale.
