§ 112.43 SALES TO UNFIT PERSONS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any holder of a retail dealer’s license to sell, deliver, or give any alcoholic liquor to any intoxicated person, habitual drunkard, or to any person known by him or her to be under legal disability, mentally ill, or mentally deficient.
