It shall be unlawful for any persons under the age of 21 to draw, pour, uncap or mix any alcoholic liquor as an employee of any retail licensee, and it shall further be prohibited for any persons under the age of 21 to draw, pour, uncap or mix any alcoholic liquor in any licensed retailed premises.
