§ 112.37 CLOSING HOURS.
   (A)   Except only as hereinafter provided, it shall be unlawful to sell, offer for sale or allow the consumption of any alcoholic liquor at retail in the village between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any weekday, or between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, or between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Sunday.
   (B)   A licensee with a Class “A-1” or Class “B-1” license shall be permitted to sell, offer to sell, or allow the consumption of alcoholic liquors on the premises specified for one hour later than provided in division (A) above, or until 1:00 a.m. Monday through Friday mornings and until 2:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and for one hour earlier than provided in division (A) above on Sundays, or from 11:00 a.m.
