§ 112.36 RESTRICTED AREAS.
   It is hereby determined that the following described portions of the village are predominantly residential in character, that is, all that territory designated as R-1 Single-Family Residence District, R-2 Single Family Residence District, or R-3 General Residence District under the Zoning Code of the village. It shall be unlawful to sell or to offer for sale at retail any alcoholic liquor within any such residence district of the village unless the owner or owners of at least two-thirds of the frontage feet along the streets adjacent to such place of business for which a license is sought, for a distance of 200 feet in each direction from the proposed place of business, shall file with the Local Liquor Control Commissioner, their written consent to the use of such place for the sale of alcoholic liquor. This provision shall not apply to any licensee whose place of business is located in any such residence district as of August 20, 2013.
