§ 112.26 RENEWAL OF LICENSE.
Any licensee, except a Class “G” licensee, wishing to renew a liquor license shall do so upon expiration of the term stated in the license. At least 30 days prior to the expiration, the licensee shall file with the Local Liquor Control Commissioner an application form in conformance with § 112.16, but shall only answer those portions of the application for which the answers have changed from the last application. Renewal applicants must certify that there have been no changes since the original application or must designate what changes have occurred. Prior to renewing a license, the Liquor Control Commissioner shall determine that the licensee remains qualified to receive a license and that the premises for which such renewal license is sought are suitable for the purpose. The renewal privilege provided herein shall not be construed as a vested right which shall in any case prevent the Village Board of Trustees from decreasing the number of licenses to be issued within this jurisdiction. All license fees shall be due and payable at the time a license renewal is sought. In the discretion of the Liquor Commissioner fingerprints may be required for all parties with a 5% or more ownership interest or are designated as the manager of the liquor serving establishment.
