§ 112.15 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail, or give away in the village any alcoholic liquor either by himself or herself or through an agent, employee or partner, without having a retail liquor dealer’s license or a special event license, or in violation of the terms of such license. Nothing herein shall prevent the possession, transportation and consumption of alcoholic liquor for the lawful, personal use of the possessor, his or her family and his or her guests.
