§ 111.12 UNLAWFUL SOLICITATION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit within the corporate limits of the village if he or she has been convicted of any felony or a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, or has been found to have violated any consumer fraud law of the State of Illinois, or any other state or of the United States, by any court or administrative agency within the five years preceding any such solicitation.
