§ 111.08 LOUD NOISES AND SPEAKING DEVICES.
   No solicitor, nor anyone acting on his behalf, shall blow a horn or use any other sound device, including any loud-speaking radio or amplifying system, upon any of the streets, alleys, parks or other public places of the village, or upon any private premises in the village, for the purposes of attracting attention to his solicitation or to any goods, where the volume of sound emitted or produced therefrom unreasonably interferes with the enjoyment of life by any resident of the village.
