(A) Any person, partnership, firm or corporation, or any other entity, violating any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall be fined, on conviction thereof, not less than $20 nor more than $750 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(B) Any person, partnership, firm or corporation, or other entity, which violates § 110.16, including nonpayment of license fee, shall be fined on conviction thereof not less than $20 nor more than $750, and each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
