§ 99.99 PENALTY.
   Any owner, occupant or person causing, permitting or maintaining a nuisance as described by this chapter, and who has received an order or notice of an alleged violation of this chapter, shall be subject to a penalty of $250 for a first offense, and $500 for each subsequent offense upon conviction thereof, with each day constituting a separate offense.
