For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GRAFFITI. Any unauthorized inscription, word, figure or design or collection thereof, which is marked, etched, scratched, painted, drawn or printed on any structural component of any building, structure or other facility, regardless of the nature of the material of that structural component also including sidewalks, bridges and abutments.
GRAFFITI IMPLEMENT.
Graffiti implement means an aerosol paint container, a broad- tipped marker, gum label, paint stick or graffiti stick, etching equipment, brush or other device capable of scarring or leaving a visible mark on any natural or manmade surface.
