§ 30.111 CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
   The Village Administrator shall not have a vested interest directly or indirectly in any contract, work or business of the village, or in the sale of any article to the village or in the purchase of any property belonging to the village or in any property sold for taxes or assessments as the result of suit by the village, except that the Administrator may own stock in firms doing business with the village to the extent permitted by state law. The Village Administrator shall file the appropriate disclosures of economic interests and contracts as required under state law and the Village Administrator shall properly disclose any potential conflict of interest to the President and Board of Trustees.
