§ 96.52 APPROVAL BY BOARD OF TRUSTEES DISCRETIONARY.
   Approval by the Board of Trustees is not a matter of right, is entirely discretionary with the Board and shall only be given after evaluation of the request and consideration of all facts and circumstances.
