§ 96.50 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person, firm or corporation shall spray or apply or cause to be sprayed or applied any chemicals on any trees, shrubs or vegetation which are located on or in the public streets, parkways and areas without first requesting permission in writing of the Board of Trustees, and receiving the prior written approval of the Board of Trustees.
