§ 96.14 REVIEW BY BOARD OF TRUSTEES; APPEALS.
   The Village Board shall have the right to review the conduct, acts and decisions of the Village Tree Committee. Also, any person may appeal from any ruling or order of the Village Tree Committee to the Village Board, which Board shall afford the right to be heard at a public hearing.
