§ 30.107 TENURE OF POSITION.
   The Village Administrator shall have a term defined by a contract or letter of terms and conditions of employment. In no event shall the term of the Administrator exceed the term of the Village President. The Village Administrator shall serve based on performance to the satisfaction of the Village President and Board of Trustees.
