§ 95.41 STREETS AND SIDEWALKS TO BE MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR.
   All public street, alley and sidewalk pavement shall be in good repair. Such repair work, whether done by the village or by the abutting owner, shall be under the supervision of the Superintendent of Public Works.
