§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   Any owner, occupant or person causing, permitting or maintaining a nuisance as described by this chapter, and who has received an order or notice of an alleged violation of this chapter, shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $10 nor more than $500 for each day each alleged violation continues.
