§ 93.06 TOWING AND STORAGE CHARGES.
   Whenever an inoperable vehicle is towed or removed by a towing service upon order of the Chief of Police, or the designee thereof, the owner of the inoperable vehicle or the person or persons in control of the property on which such inoperable vehicle is located, shall be responsible for all towing and storage charges.
