§ 92.01 FIREWORKS UNLAWFUL; EXCEPTION FOR PERMITTED PUBLIC DISPLAYS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to store, discharge or set off any fireworks or give any pyrotechnic displays in the village except as herein provided.
   (B)   No public exhibition of fireworks or pyrotechnics shall be given unless a permit is first obtained from the President and Board of Trustees. All such public displays shall be under the supervision of a competent person, and shall be supervised by the Chief of Police or some member of the police department assigned to this duty by the Police Chief.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell, offer for sale or keep for the purpose of selling any fireworks in the village at any time.
