§ 91.21 APPOINTMENT; REMOVAL; QUORUM.
   Each member appointed shall serve for a term of three years or until such member's successor is duly appointed and qualified. Members shall be removable for cause by the President with the consent of the Board of Trustees, upon written charges and after a public hearing. The President shall designate one member of the Commission to be its Chairperson. Three members shall constitute a quorum and the concurrence of a majority of the quorum shall be sufficient for action by the Commission.
