§ 91.20 HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION CREATED.
   There is hereby created a Human Relations Commission which shall consist of five members appointed by the President with the consent and approval of the Board of Trustees. All five members of the Commission shall be appointed from the community at large and all members shall be resident owners of real property in the village and legally qualified voters.
