§ 91.10 PROHIBITED ACTS.
   No owner of real property, lessee, sublessee, real estate broker or salesperson, lender, financial institution, advertiser, or agent of any of the foregoing, shall discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry in regard to the sale, lease, or rental of or dealings concerning real property. Any such discrimination shall be considered an unfair real estate practice and a violation of this chapter. Without limiting the foregoing, it shall also be an unfair real estate practice and a violation of this chapter for any real estate broker or other person to:
   (A)   Publish, circulate, issue or display, or cause to be published, circulated, issued or displayed, any communication, notice, advertisement, sign or other writing of any kind relating to the sale, rental or leasing of any real property which will indicate or express any such discrimination.
   (B)   Exploit or overcharge any person for real property because of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry.
   (C)   Solicit for sale or lease, or listing for sale or lease, of any real property on the ground of loss of value due to the present or prospective entry into the neighborhood of any person or persons of any particular race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry.
   (D)   Make, distribute, or cause to be made or distributed, any written material or statements designed to induce any owner of real property to sell or lease the owner's property because of any present or prospective change in the race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry of persons in the neighborhood.
   (E)   Refuse to sell, lease or rent any real property because of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry of the proposed buyer or tenant.
   (F)   Refuse examination of copies of any listing of any real property to any person because of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry.
   (G)   Enter into a listing agreement which prohibits the sale, lease, or rental of real property to any person because of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry.
   (H)   Represent to any person, deliberately and knowingly, that any real property is not available for inspection, purchase, sale, rent or lease, when in fact it is so available, because of the person's race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry.
   (I)   Refuse to receive, or in the case of a real estate agent to transmit, a bona fide offer for the purchase, sale, exchange, lease or rental of any real property because of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry.
   (J)   Sell, lease or rent, or offer to sell, lease or rent any real property on terms, conditions, or privileges that discriminate between persons because of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry.
   (K)   Discriminate, or participate in discrimination, in connection with borrowing or lending money, guaranteeing loans, accepting mortgages or otherwise obtaining or making available funds for the purchase, construction, repair or maintenance of any real property because of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry.
