§ 90.35 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   SMALL ANIMAL STORE . Any establishment for raising, training, boarding or selling dogs, cats, birds, mice, rats or other small animals for hire or profit, or where more than three dogs or three cats are harbored or kept.
