There is hereby created the position of Director of Public Works. The Director shall be appointed by the Village President. The Director of Public Works position shall be a non-officer position with the village. The Director of Public Works shall report to and be supervised by the Village Administrator. The Director shall have control and supervision over all divisions and employees assigned to the Department, subject to the control of the Village Administrator.
