§ 90.25 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ELECTRIC OR ELECTRONIC PET CONTAINMENT SYSTEM. Any electric or electronic system, located either aboveground or underground, that is designed and installed for the purpose of containing pets within any geographic area through electric or electronic means.
