The Village of Itasca Department of Public Works shall be organized as follows:
(A) The Department shall be headed and supervised by a Director of Public Works, appointed by the Village President, and who reports to the Village Administrator.
(B) The Department shall consist of three superintendents who report to the Director of Public Works and are in charge of a specialized area within the Department. The superintendent positions are:
(1) Water/Waste Water Superintendent;
(2) General Services Superintendent;
(3) Utilities Superintendent.
