(A) Any person, firm or corporation who or which violates, disobeys, neglects, fails to comply with or resists enforcement of the provisions of this chapter will be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each calendar day on which a violation occurs.
(B) In addition to seeking a fine, as herein above provided the Village Attorney may institute any proper action in the name of the village to enjoin the violation of any provision of this chapter.
