§ 30.071 SPECIAL COUNSEL MAY BE RETAINED.
   The President, with the consent of the Board of Trustees, may from time to time retain an attorney to represent or advise the village on legal matters if no Village Attorney has been appointed; and may likewise retain special counsel to advise or represent the village on special matters or to assist the Village Attorney.
