§ 72.14 PARKING AFTER SNOWFALL.
   It shall be unlawful for any vehicle to be parked on any public street in the village at any time after not less than two inches of snow have fallen and accumulated on the street. Restriction on such parking shall remain in effect until snow removal operations have removed the snow from a street, after which it is again available for parking. After such snowfall and accumulation, if any parked vehicle obstructs or prevents or interferes with snow removal operations being conducted by the village on any public street, on order of any Police Officer of the village, that vehicle may be towed from the public street. Such towed vehicle shall be stored on any village property or in any public garage or on a parking lot. The vehicle shall be restored to the owner or operator thereof only after payment of the reasonable expense incurred by the village in removing and storing such vehicle. Towing expense shall not exceed $50 and storage charge shall not exceed $5 per day. These charges are in addition to the fines hereinafter provided.
