§ 71.125 APPEAL PROCEDURE WHEN PERMIT DENIED.
   Any person or group denied a permit shall have the right to appeal the denial to the Village Board of Trustees. The appeal shall be taken within 30 days after notice of denial. The Village Board of Trustees shall act on the appeal within 30 days after its receipt.
