§ 71.124 NOTICE OF REJECTION OF PERMIT APPLICATION.
   The Chief of Police or other authorized village official shall act on the application for a parade permit within ten days after filing thereof. If he disapproves the application, he shall mail to the applicant a notice of his action stating the reasons for his denial of the permit.
