§ 70.42 ADVISORY WARNING SIGNS IN AREAS NEAR RESIDENCE OF DISABLED INDIVIDUALS.
   (A)   Upon recommendation of the Chief of Police and approval by the Village President, a motorist warning sign may be placed in the immediate area of the residence of a disabled individual.
   (B)   Upon any such recommendation by the Chief of Police and approval by the Village President, the Public Works Department is authorized to erect an appropriate motorist warning sign.
