§ 55.99 PENALTY.
   In addition to any other costs or fees provided for in this chapter, any person, firm, corporation, partnership or entity who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to fine of not less than $5 nor more than $750 for each offense. Each day such offense occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
