§ 53.54 DISCHARGE OF STORM AND SURFACE WATER INTO SANITARY SEWER PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to discharge or cause to be discharged into the sanitary sewer system any storm water, surface water, ground water, roof runoff water, sub-surface drainage, run-off water from ground or paved areas, cistern overflow, or industrial cooling operations.
